Write a composition of between 150 - 200 words based on the topic below.
Imagine you have won a fully paid holiday package to a local destination. Choose a place and give reasons for your choice.
If I won a fully paid holiday package, I would choose Langkawi as my destination. Langkawi, known as the Jewel of Kedah, is a beautiful island with pristine beaches and lush greenery. I would visit its iconic landmarks, such as the Langkawi Sky Bridge, to enjoy breathtaking views of the island. The island also offers exciting water sports like jet skiing and parasailing, which I have always wanted to try.
Another reason for my choice is Langkawi's rich culture and history. The Mahsuri Tomb and Legends Park allow visitors to explore fascinating local legends. Additionally, Langkawi is a duty-free zone, which makes shopping for souvenirs and chocolates affordable. A trip to Langkawi would be relaxing, adventurous, and educational—a perfect holiday for me.
